Welcome to JHU Healthy at Hopkins, highlighting Hopkins benefits and resources to support you in your well-being journey. You will find these offerings organized around four primary pillars of well-being: physical, emotional, social and financial.  These pillars serve as a guide to support you holistically.

MIND YOUR HEALTH CHALLENGE: MAY 1ST – 31ST

Boost your mental and physical health by using Burnalong each week. Employees who take at least 60 minutes of class time in May will be entered to win prizes from Burnalong. New winners will be announced each week in May!

Starting April 15th you can register for the challenge by logging into Burnalong and accepting the challenge invite on your homepage, or by clicking the profile icon and selection “individual challenges” and then “invitations.”
